Bad experience this year, although I was a customer with another vehicle. Let me explain, at the start of the year I took advantage of a promotion and I went to them to do an internship 1 on my x5 at €300. There, they tell me there is a problem with my clogged FAP. They give me the car back and tell me that if next time I still want to take advantage of the promo, I have to pay and give me a price for the FAP off. I pay and leave. But for x reasons I am not going back immediately (even though I am doing what is necessary on my x5) and I am selling my x5. Here I have just bought an f31 320d and want to take advantage of the mapping that I had paid for at the start of the year and I am told no, I have to pay again. It's a joke. I paid €360 for something that I didn't get at the start of the year. They don't know how to build customer loyalty. I don't advise. I would have liked to just pay for the passage to the bench but not the rest I will never go back there again
